Responsible for completion of the development plans in the long term, mid term and short term periods and the whole economic indexes. 2. Responsible to organize relevant functional departments to coordinate the relationship with Maoming Petrochemical Company (MPCC) and the investors according to the whole and partial plan in the Petrochemical Industrial Zone and the construction situation. 3. Responsible to organize relevant departments for the work on land purchasing and infrastructures constructing (including road, water, electricity, steam, heat, environment protection, greening and communication), and responsible for land developing and utilizing upon purchasing. 4. Responsible to compile the investment preferential policies for the Zone and to implement the national, provincial and municipal investment preferential policies in the Zone. 5. Responsible for trade and investment promotion. Carrying out the specialty and long term trade and investment activities; organizing project evaluation in the Zone. Setting up and perfecting the trade and investment promotion service network. 6. Coordinating investment examination and approval. Organizing relevant sectors to study the investment examination and approval work, and arranging the joint examination and approval. Acting as agent of the investors to obtain approval in free charge and offering investment-tracing services. 7. Administrating the organization operation in the Zone. 8. Undertaking the work and items entrusted by Maoming Party Committee, Maoming Municipal Government and Maoming Petrochemical Industrial Zone Administration Commission.
