Preference in the usage of utilities.

　　 For the production projects in the petrochemical industrial zone, the utilities such as heat, gases, water, and sour water treatment will be supplied and collected by Maoming Petrochemical Company at a cost price standard. The raw materials needed from Maoming Petrochemical Company will be preferentially supplied in the same condition. And under the same condition, Maoming Petrochemical Company will preferentially use the products that are produced by the enterprises in the petrochemical

Land usage.

　　The land for construction within the planned scope of Maoming Petrochemical Industrial Zone will be purchased, developed by the Zone，and then will be provided according to the specific need of enterprise scale and the project design. Roads, electricity and water in and out will be accessible to the B/L. Other utilities will be discussed separately according to the need of projects . As to the big project needed a large area of land (more than 300 mu), the Zone can provide the whole piece of land.

Preference in land usage.

　　Maoming Petrochemical Industrial Zone will decide the preferential price for land usage right assignment according to the planned design of the specific piece of land and the basic land price. 1. Assignment: 192,000yuan(RMB)/mu (including completion of all formalities) for production projects in the petrochemical industrial zone. 2. Letting. Allow the investors to let firstly and then purchase the land. The letting price will be discussed then.
